I have finally had my money returned from Sofa Pavlovska. It will never compensate me for the heartache I suffered or the stress caused to a 6 month old puppy called Blizard Incipeta Vita who I bought and imported from Latvia in January 2012.
This puppy was with me for only a few days, before being taken to my vet, who diagnosed severe neurological problems, which resulted in me making the dreadful decision to have him put to sleep. His breeders Sofa Pavlovska and her father Mr.Pochivalovs were kept informed of Blizards health problems during this upsetting time and offered either to refund my money, or replace him with another puppy. Sofa offered me another puppy in May 2012 but after her insistance that the puppy would be sent to me at 8 weeks old, I refused to accept the puppy, because UK regulations do not allow puppies to enter the UK until 21 days following their rabies vaccination, which must be given no earlier than 12 weeks. So I asked that my money be refunded and waited for this to be returned to me.
I was still waiting for my money in December 2012 and it was brought to my attention that Sofa was posting that Blizard had escaped from my house and had run into the road, where he was killed after being hit by a car. THIS WAS A LIE and I posted the truth on Facebook. I also contacted Latvian Kennel Federation and they proved very helpful in persuading Sofa Pavlovska and her father Mr.Pochivalovs, to return my money. Last week, Sofa posted on her wall a statement about Blizard Incipeta Vita and stated that she had been blackmailed by Latvian Kennel Federation to return my money. She stated I was a cruel and evil person for having Blizard put to sleep. She stated that Blizard was a perfect shiba. She stated that I was only concerned with my money and not concerned about the dog. ALL LIES, LIES, LIES.
I would like to post the TRUTH as a warning to anyone who may be thinking of buying a dog from Sofa Pavlovska and her father Mr.Pochivalovs.
BLIZARD INCEPETA VITA HAD NEUROLOGICAL PROBLEMS FROM 1.5 MONTHS (6 WEEKS) OLD. VETS IN LATVIA ADVISED SOFA PAVLOVSKA & MR MR POCHIVALOVS, THAT BLIZARD SHOULD BE PUT TO SLEEP. MR POCHIVALOVS CONFIRMED TO LATVIAN KENNEL FEDERATION THAT BLIZARD INCEPETA VITA HAD SEIZURES.
It is not Mrs.Gill Bingham, Steldawn kennel, UK, who was cruel and evil to a baby puppy. It is Sofa Pavlovska and her father Mr.Pochivalovs, who are cruel and evil and do not have any humanity for their dogs. They knowingly sent a sick puppy that they knew suffered from neurological problems, including seizures, on a 2 day journey across Europe, from Latvia to the UK. What a disgusting, disgraceful thing to do to any living creature.
I truly hope this family are banned for ever from breeding dogs.
